PR Pride invites you to participate in Pride in the Park
Larry Gouthro Park on Manson Ave, Sat Aug 13th, 2022. Open to the public from 12:00pm-4:00pm.
We are looking for snack food vendors (things that don’t require a plate and flatware!), information tables, arts and crafts (especially by queer artists and crafters), Pride-related goods, and fun activities.
Vendor fee is a flat $20 if you are selling something. No sales % fee. If you’re not selling anything, your booth is FREE.

$20 Fee is payable by e-transfer to email@example.com.
Set up is anytime after 9:30 am Saturday, August 13. Pride Celebrations are from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
Powell River Pride in the Park 2022 Booth Operating Rules
You may be asked to leave the site if you are not complying with the general rules, or consuming alcohol.
Payment for $20 booth fee must be received before the event via etransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Display is not to exceed the space allowed (10 feet x 10 feet). Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, and everything else required to set up for this event. Electrical power will not be provided for vendors.
Except for those selling only low-risk foods, food booths MUST arrange for a permit from Vancouver Coastal Health – 485-3310.
Each food booth should have a minimum of one person with Food Safe training, and permits should be posted in booths.
Garbage disposal must be provided and maintained for customers. Full garbage bags must not be disposed of in cans on the grounds.
No selling of alcohol.
Vendors will be responsible for their own insurance and safety (including fire extinguishers if necessary).
Set-Up begins at 9:30 am on Saturday, August 13th, 2022. Booths must be fully operational by 11:45am.
Vendors must stay on the grounds until 4:00pm.
